How about ...take off your UnderPants and put them on Your Head.
It won't keep you any drier than either of yours ways would, but it would be a Heck of a lot funnier to see. ; )
Think of all the Smiles you would generate. : )
but seriously, if it's seasonally rainy over there and you Know it already, ,why wouldn't a person just keep an umbrella handy?
and if someone isn't a BigFan of the Umbrella, How do they feel about Hats or rain coats?
i mean, if I knew it was going to rain for a month straight(say). I think i'd get some of these things together
and Keep them in my car ,or by the front door during the RainySeason.

Whether you run or walk you are still going to get wet. I saw this tested on Mythbusters once and neither method will keep you dryer. Walking does seem the safer of the two methods. Or better yet, the next time it rains, TRY DANCING to where you are going :)

I've never rained, but if it's raining outside and you're caught in it, I'd suggest taking a bar of soap out of your pocket and taking a shower. No sense in wasting all that water.

Depends on whether you want to get out of the rain in a hurry. When you run you get wet more.

Stay indoors, assuming you have enough sense to come in out of the rain.

I think it is more safer to walk rather than run.
When you run, you will have a higher chance of slipping, and you'll slip very hard.
When you walk, you will have a more safer condition.
