Depends on which country the Nimitz is making a port of call. In the 70's nuke powered ships were banned by certain countries from making port calls. You have to look at the tension within your country about US military to make that determination. I made a port call to Athens Greece in to 70's when the US was not popular over there and we were very restricted on where and what we could do.

Unacceptable American arrogance. The first three answers threatened your country with force if they didn't comply. Since when do we make threats against other sovereign nations when it could be taken as an act of aggression. Our arrogance has gotten bolder since Bush is in office and that's why almost every country doesn't want anything to do with US. Thanks you repukes.
