i drink black tea with milk often than green tea. which has more caffeine? what are their benefits respectively?

From what I know you can actually get more caffeine out of green tea, if you boil it. Some traditions do this.

But if drunken normally black tea will have more caffeine, especially if you make the green tea light.

Black tea has more caffeine in it.
A serving of black tea has about 40 mg of caffeine, green tea has 20 mg.

I would think that green tea is much more healthier... since it is rich in antioxidants, it has about three times more antioxidants and flavonoids than black tea. People who drink 2 to 3 cups a day appear to have a lower risk for a wide range of diseases from simple viral infections to cancer. There are also cardiovascular health benefits of drinking green tea.

black tea has the greater caffeine content because of the method by which it is extracted.
