My two lower wisdom teeth have been coming in for quite some time. My left one is pretty much already in, and my right one comes in for a bit, then it stops. Then it coems back and stops. It gives me a sore throat along with it. The dentist said usually people have to have theirs out, but he said that my mouth is big enough to have them in, but they hurt like hell (they gorw one at a time)...Is this Normal? and do people have TOP wisdom teeth? Because my dentist asked me if he pulled them, and I said "no" and my ex ray was right there, so I'm guessing I don't have any top ones....

It's normal to feel a some pain or irritation when your teeth come in, but if it hurts like severely you should ask your dentist about it. I think you are supposed to have top wisdom teeth, but I can't remember for sure whether I got them on the top or not. You should tell your dentist to check your record to see if he pulled out any of your top teeth. If he pulled out any teeth, there will definitely be a record.

I think the sore throat will be cured if you just brush your teeth a lot. I'm not sure why you get it when the tooth is coming out, but the way you get a sore throat is when you get an infection in your throat, so since something is going on in your mouth, there might be something making it easier for bacteria to spread or something. You should probably just brush your teeth and use mouthwash if you feel like you have a sore throat. Also, don't drink milk because I read somewhere that it is not good to drink it when you have a sore throat.

I had my bottoms and one top wisdom, but not the other one. I don't know how common that is. And I had to get them all pulled because my mouth was too small for the teeth already in it. 3 years of braces, and my wisdoms made my bottom teeth crooked again. :( Sorry I couldn't answer your first question though. Maybe talk to your dentist again if the problem bugs you for another month or so.

I don't know if I can answer all your questions, but I had four wisdom teeth come in, top and bottom. I didn't experience any pain from them, so it might be that your mouth isn't actually big enough to accomodate them.

They are difficult to keep clean as they're so far back. I had a bad cavity in one and had it pulled, so now I'm down to three.

U better have those which r impacted pull out .. Cuz u will not feel any pain or trouble with the impacted tooth .. but later in ur life in will decay and both beside ur impacted tooth also need to be pulled out ... Impacted tooth will surely decay sooner or later in ur life ... if ur tooth is coming out straight .. wrong spelling .. sry ... that fine ,,, no need to pull .. Good luck ..
