OK, here's my idea. Have companies that hire illegal immigrants pay them their salary (like when a worker is fired) and also pay for their tickets back home. If companies don't do this within a week, the Chamber of Commerce will put these companies on a black list. Companies refusing to do this will be closed down and the whole business will be bankrupt. There would be talks between the U.S. government and the governments of the illegals involved to provide for these governments not to send these people back into the country illegally. Escorts will take these illegals back to their home country, with agents receiving them in their home country. No companies will be exempt from this. I personally think that this idea is good because you're punishing the ones that start this problem, the employers.

Your plan makes no sense at all. The company has already violated a law by hiring an illegal worker. We need to enforce the existing regulations which require proper identification of all employees by an employer. This law has been in effect for well over ten years but everyone, including the government, has simply pushed the information aside and looked the other way when false documentation is presented to an employer for a position. It is ludicrous and a scam perpetrated upon the American people just as the lack of accomplishment by our representatives in government. I am not happy with the Republicans, Democrats, or Independents. I fell that all of government is currently getting a failing grade for the semester. I would like to see a little improvement next semester. The teacher suggests study hall after school to get the job done.

For oYeahy; All enthusiastic, PATRIOTIC political electives are swayed by money and lobbyists. They quickly reach the place that they barter away our best interests. As their constituents we actually have very little control after someone is elected.

Generally their first interest is how wealthy they can become in office, that would be 98% and interest in what their constituents have to say is 2%. Notice how every Congress votes themselves a raise that is as large as many peoples annual income. I WANT TO VOMIT EVERY TIME THEY DO THIS. THEIR CONCERN FOR AMERICANS IS ACTUALLY VERY LOW.

ACTUALLY, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DO UP THERE, WHAT EVER IT IS, IT IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF AMERICA.

This idea is similar to my husbands, the all employers should be fined $10,000. per illegal they employ. Of course they have to be caught.

My solution is that we build factories on the Mexican side of the border to provide them employment, reduce shipping costs, and eliminate tainted Chinese products. The pay rates would have to be good enough to keep them in Mexico, but less than ours. It would eliminate them leaving their families and the travel back and forth.

This would allow them to develop healthier border towns, have jobs, eliminate the need for most aliens to invade America. A decent company medical clinic can be built with the Manufacturing plants to provide the medical care that is bankrupting our hospitals.

I am sure there are expansions on this idea but that is the start.

How about this.
Build the 2000 mile fence based on Duncan Hunter's San Diego Model.
Enforce all existing laws.
Cut of all Social Benefits to Illegal Aliens already here(except emergency ER visits). Give the Illegals 60 days notice.
Fine employers who hire Illegal Aliens $100K per Illegal Alien. A background check is less than $75.
Use our flourishing Prison Population to do the supposed
"Jobs Americans Won't Do."
Enact Operation ...back II. President Eisenhower had great success in the 1950's with his original plan.

on a large scale basis I don't think the administration is want to enforce the law. why? because employers are large contributors to campaigns. they continue to cry that they can't find US citizens that are willing to work for the wages they can afford to pay in order to make an "made in America" product.
so...1. they didn't KNOW the folks they hired were illegal and 2. "they are just trying to run a business" in other words they are INNOCENT of any violation of the law!

this is long but check it out;

we all know that they are not telling the truth but it is the script they give to the media

read in the paper of a illegal immigrant who had a job watiing for him..in Iowa his cousins employer told him all he had to do was "show up" ...he was caught at the border
