I originally wrote f a g break but that came up as stars as apparently gay people (of which I am one) are offended by being called cigarettes.

Buy a yo-yo thats what I`ve done to keep me hands busy. I also have a party trick now lol...

Firstly, WELL DONE YOU!!!!
Its the best thing you could ever do for yourself.
Instead of having a cig break, why not just have a little walk, either to the coffee machine, or the local shop, or anything to take your mind off cigs.
Just try to avoid the people who will now be shivering outside having a cig!!!!

Well if there is a track close to work and u have at least 30 minutes, try that. Go on break with someone thats doing the same thing u are and discuss how you are accomplishing breaking the habit. It's not easy but u can do it!!!!!!

You will have a lot of time to fill, all the people that smoke at my place have about 10 breaks a day for fags, well they use to! You will have to work like the rest of us.

Do some kind of exercise, like running on the spot, drink a big glass of cold filtered water and go for a little walk. You can also eat some fruit, or a carrot or celery.

The mind goes a little crazy and for me I found a little inner voice telling me that just one-half a cig couldn't hurt nuthin'. Respond to that inner thinking by telling yourself, outloud if necessary, "I just don't want a cigarette. I just don't want."

How about you actually do some work.It's not fair that smokers have the chance to nip outside for a break a few times a day while the non smokers are stuck indoors.

How about trying a cross word puzzle to take your mind of the lack of a cigarette.
