I want to start drinking wine.. I know there has to be some kind that isn't dry and it has to be fruity.. I'm trying to aquire a taste

Most wines cost far less than $100; only rare or old wines cost that much. You might want to try something like a Riesling; they are fairly light and range from quite sweet to reasonably dry. They are German white wines.

Try a Moscato (made bubbly and still) or Late Harvest Riesling (try spatlese or auslese on German Rieslings). If you want to try something red, I would suggest a German Dornfelder. All are relatively sweet, fruity and under $20. You do not need to spend a ton of money on a decent bottle of wine.

There are plenty under $100, but if you want to start out I would try with a white zinfandel, lite, fruity and hint of sweetness. Beringer is very good and about $15 a bottle.

If you do some research Chilean wine is one or the best in the world and some wines that are cheap are Gato ***** or El Casillero del Diablo

read wine spectator.
it helps immensely.
also, Costco has some pretty good recommended wines that are rated quite highly. they have their ratings by the bottles.
it's a place to start that's under $100 and pretty good.

yeah if you find one let me know... i like peach flavor and every peach wine or champagne ive tried is awful... if you find a wine that is very fruity let me know!...boone's farm is like 5 bucks but it isn't really wine... it's more of a wine cooler i think... but they are fruity...

start with matues rose its very nice also chanti they are reasonable priced and are very nice
