Is like any leach in the financial community. A million .09% adds up after a while.
A fee is charged from the amount of money that passes.
If or when you make a profit, you would not notice the fee and any customers would be happy to transact a bit faster if some security graphic appears.

They take a certain amount each time a deposit is made into your account and if you take less than £50 out of paypal it charges you. it doesnt cost anything to set up an account though.

Setting up an account is free. Every time you transfer funds or as an eBay seller they deduct fees for processing the transaction.

it is free for buyer but their is a 1 or two dollar charge to sell something
