doesn't matter. it's abit like asking when is it better to workout, morning or afternoon? either is okay. the only thing is to workout on an empty stomach. you can eat, but wait at least 2 hours before attempting any exercise.

ur body need to be refuel with food in the morning so it better to eat something before u go exercise. it been what about 8 to 10 hours ur body was without food right? eating breakfast also helps raise ur metabolism so u can burn calories quickly too.

It is better to exercise before you eat, however, you can have a good protein shake such as Adkins shakes or something like that without sugar prior to exercising...this will help you to feel good during your workout.......if you are really hungry you could pass out or something like that.....

If you are writing this, you have done both.

Better to give it at least 30 minutes both ways. If you do strenuous excercise, you will need to pile up proteins and carbs before, but 1 or 2 hours before, or you may collapse!!

i've been told you shouldnt eat two hours before and at least an hour after you exercise...cos once u've finished exercising, ur body will still burn off fat and if u start eating straight after, anythin u eat will be stored as fat straight away...
