Because I don't want it to still effect me when I try to wake up in four hours. I just took one about two minutes ago because I can't sleep & I have to wake up early in the morning. Will I have trouble waking up due to it still being in my system?

Hmmm I'd still be horribly disorientated for another six odd hours myself. They usually knock me out for about 10 hours.

You'll probably wake up ok, but be a bit dozy for a few hours. Take care, especially if you are driving.

The sleeping pills last usually 6-8 hours, so if you're planning something less than that, I suggest you get a friend to sleep-over and wake up you up at the time you want.

Read the leaflet of the package. And next time ask your doctor, sleeping pills can seriously endanger your health without proper use
