Hi there...generally when cats develop a yellow tinge around their eyes or gums it is indicative of a liver disease/disorder or failure which causes the jaundice (yellowish) appearance. This is very critical as well as life threatening. It's imperative your cat be medically evaluated as soon as possible. Liver disorders cannot be reversed if it isn't treated quickly since this is unfortunately life threatening.

it's jaundice. It can be caused by many things. You need to take him to the vet! It means his red blood cell count is low. He could have liver problems, but you need to have him tested for Feline Leukemia. I just took my cat in with similar symptoms, and he tested positive. You can look up more info on line.

It sounds like liver disease/failure. In people, when our livers don't work properly we get jaundice and our skin/eyes/etc turns yellow. I would get him to a vet immediately because this could be fatal!

Please take your cat to the vet immediately. My cat also had this problem. I took him to the vet who advised that an operation was necessary. He further explained that if an operation was not performed, my cat's brain could be affected. If i am not mistaken, the vet said that a possible cause of the yellow substance forming on my cat's eyes could be dehydration. Please treat this as a matter of urgency.

if possible take him to the vet and if you cant then search hard for those symtoms on the net and figure out what you need to do to help your cat but the vet is the best choice becouse he can figure out whats wrong for you and give her meds for it.
