The CIA is extremely hard to get into. I can't really think of any job much harder. Sooo...whatever you end up doing, make sure you are the absolute top, i.e. top of your class, highest rating at your job, etc.

CIA get a lot of their recruits from the USMC. Also language and any crypto skills would be a plus. Also no tattoos or visible scars.

One new universal language and one speech.
Classic English literatures
Classic ancient history.
Scriptures.
Add a bit of marketing with field -work.
By then you can throw away the notebook.

You would be placed overseas as a diplomat or a diplomats aid. Any degree that would mold you for that.

They want specialists. Language (go for Arabic) and the sciences are your best best.
