Was it my TV which is a flat screen LCD that makes everyone look very thick or do they really got fat? I mean my TV is set at 16:9 and it seems very LPGA pros body were very thick. Anyone watch it on a normal square TV? Have they gone fat lately?

It sounds to me as though you have an issue with your TV screen. Likely, you do not have a high definition feed running to your HD television, and it that is the case the picture will be distorted.
It sounds like your settings are set up to expand the picture to fill the entire screen, which will cause the objects in the picture to appear larger as the image is literally being stretched. Check with your cable or satellite provider to make sure that you are receiving the HD signal. Without that, your LCD screen will contuinue to look that way.

You have a point there Golflectual. I was at the open though, an nobody else is, as you put it, thick. In fact most of them are quite the opposite, thin.
Sounds like a tv issue, you may just need to do a few adjustments. If people appear this way on other shows too, than its certainly an issue.

If Lorena Ochoa looked fat, then it's definitely a problem with your TV.

Most of them are pretty thin. I heard the announcer say that Kristie Kerr was a size 2--that's pretty small.

Were you watching Laura Davies or Pat Hurst? That could have been the issue.

16:9 makes it little wider...golf pros, some are pretty big but most are skinny man..like someone mentioned, size 2..wow..thats..wow...=D
