A real good antibacterial soap that I have used in the past is called T-Gel Soap. Dove soap is also good to use and the best soap that you can buy over the counter is by Prescriptives...

hello there i cant say that i have ever seen one, but my hubby suffers from HS and he gets a antimicrobial skin cleanser, called HibiSrub ,he also uses another skin cleanser called Aquasept . they can be both put in the bath or / and used as a liquid soap.He gets it from his doctors and it last for a long time so its well worth paying that little bit extra for the prescription.
