Why is that people feel a need to punish an illegal immigrant twice for a breach of the law? If he has committed a crime, he will be arrested and brought before a court of law who will impose a penalty. Why should deportation be considered as an additional penalty on top of the court imposed one? May one ask what you would suggest should happen if an American citizen committed a serious crime against an individual who turned out to be an illegal immigrant - if an American man raped an illegal Mexican female, for example. Should the American man escape punishment simply because the victim is an illegal immigrant? That would seem to be like returning to the days of slavery when a Black women, for example had no recourse to the law irrespective of the atrocities committed against her person by whites

There illegal. They have no rights. They are sent right back to Mexico and come right back across the border. A police cannot even ask to see a green card because thats racial profiling and some how they use the system to sue stations. There not Americans they have no right to bring forth suit or be a defenant. The have to go back.

yes, they should be tried for the suspected fraud and if convicted then serve their time and then promptly deported. if they are found not guilty then they should simply be held accountable for having entered here illegally and deported.

illegal immigrants who get treated in any hospital is taking away a doctor a nurse from someone who needs to be seen and is paying for there tratment sometimes this could be a
life or death situaion so yes send them back home

Technically since they made it to a hospital they have to be treated. However, if you know in fact that the medical card was stolen, it doesn't mean that you can't report them to the proper authorities. I mean you would do so if they happen to be using your ID that they stole right?!

i dont know how and where they get their insurance in some place companies ask your social security number which illegals dont have so its highly unlikely illegals have insurance.
