Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

First of all, I'd like to lift you up and affirm that you can always take refuge in the Lord...just talk to Him! Many people struggle in making it through the day, especially a hectic day at work, or in traffic, etc. Here are some scriptures that will hopefully offer you some encouragement when you are struggling to make it through your day at work, or any circumstance. Take care and God bless.
Psalm 121
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills—
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD watches over you—
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The LORD will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.
Psalm 91:1
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Phil 4:13
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Phil 4:6
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
Psalm 103:1-5
1 Bless the LORD, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
3 Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Prayer is very powerful dear friend. When you're at work plead the blood of Jesus there and over you and ask for Gods Warriar angels to protect you. Bind all the evil spirits there as the Lord shows you in Jesus Name.
Believe and have faith that God is working out your situation.
Put your full armor of God on Eph 6
Know that you are very special to Jesus. You are His prince and He is your King.
If you need further encouragement, you can email me. I have verses and who we are in Christ that will help you...It will take up space here if I list it.
Here is a Love letter from Almighty God to you & to all of us.

Rather than give you bible verses, let me recommend something else. Go to any christian book store and buy a paperback 'promise notebook'. They have all the promises in the bible categorized. They have promises for worry, fear, anxiety, stress and whatever. These little books don't cost much and they are chuck full of bible promises for every need. good luck.

Joshua 1:7-9
Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the instructions Moses gave you. Do not deviate from them, turning either to the right or to the left. Then you will be successful in everything you do. 8 Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. 9 This is my command?be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.?

Romans 8:28 got me thru many, many hard days. Read for 15 minutes, anywhere in the book of Psalms. Now-a-days, I love to read the whole entire book of Ruth.... don't know why but just thinking about how Ruth left her own people, her culture and country to go to another place where she had never been; a strange place, strange people, and strange customs.... She must have been an adventuress! I really admire her. It's always uplifting for me to study her......

Depends on what is troubling you through your day. If it is people, I suggest this....
Jas 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jas 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jas 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
Jas 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Jas 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Pro 25:21 If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:
Pro 25:22 For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.
Times are changing, so hang in there.

It is not for us to memorize verses, but to do all that Jesus commanded.
For Jesus said, the Words I speak unto you have made you clean. Those that hear these sayings of mine and do them, are liken unto men who built their house upon a rock.
My brothers and sisters, and mother are these which hear the Word and do it.
The Holy Ghost will bring to your remembrance whatsoever I have spoken unto you.
The bread is the Words Jesus spoke, not a wafer and glass of wine, the wine is His blood, the blood of the new testament,
For if we believe in Him and repent our sins than we are under the new testament, and are bound to obey his commandments.
