First of all, I'd like to lift you up and affirm that you can always take refuge in the Lord...just talk to Him! Many people struggle in making it through the day, especially a hectic day at work, or in traffic, etc. Here are some scriptures that will hopefully offer you some encouragement when you are struggling to make it through your day at work, or any circumstance. Prayer is very powerful dear friend. When you're at work plead the blood of Jesus there and over you and ask for Gods Warriar angels to protect you. Bind all the evil spirits there as the Lord shows you in Jesus Name.
Believe and have faith that God is working out your situation.

Rather than give you bible verses, let me recommend something else. Go to any christian book store and buy a paperback 'promise notebook'. They have all the promises in the bible categorized. They have promises for worry, fear, anxiety, stress and whatever. These little books don't cost much and they are chuck full of bible promises for every need. good luck.

Now-a-days, I love to read the whole entire book of Ruth.... don't know why but just thinking about how Ruth left her own people, her culture and country to go to another place where she had never been; a strange place, strange people, and strange customs.... She must have been an adventuress! I really admire her. It's always uplifting for me to study her......
