You might have a sensitivity to something, like cold food, warm food or sweets. Check with a dentist.

Seems to me could be caused by a couple of things. Have heard of some people having a tingling with certain toothpastes. Also, metal in the mouth, either in the form of fillings or jewelry, can develop a Galvanic current. Like biting on a piece of tinfoil between metal fillings.
Also, one last thought, if your teeth are out of alignment and you are putting abnormally high stresses on some of them, this may cause a zinging. Like when an orthodontist tightens your braces, the pressure on the bone makes the teeth very sensitive.

you may have chipped a tooth. It would be a good idea to make a dental appointment before more damage is done

Sometimes if you use products with tooth whitener in it, it will make your teeth sensitive.
