my girlfriend will try to turn me on and excite me by grabbing at my penis (outside of my pants and etc.) but then she says she doesnt want me to go into her pants or go into mine (which she has before), and shes not ready to do that stuff yet, but she doesnt let me in hers cause ive tried b4..why is she doing this to me and trying to arose me if she isnt going to give any to me? its really making me mad the mixed signals shes giving me and how shes allowed to be in mine but im not allowed in hers...what do i do???

Tell her if she can touch yours then you can touch hers. She may be bored with nothing to do or talk about.
Start acting like you are gonna take your pants off next time she does this or let it all hang out. Call her bluff.

ahh she is just trying to keep you interested in her, but the only thing is its just making it harder on you becuase once we men get arosed we hate when the women just backs down. What the hell is that She might not be ready, but she needs to stop doing that s h i t so that you won't feel so pissed off. To tell you the truth is she keeps going and and still won't put out then would just leave her a s s and go with someone that don't play mind games lol

I'm gonna guess it's confusing because you guys have done stuff before and now you suddenly aren't allowed to. However confusing or weird this may be, you just have to respect her bounds. If you are just hoping to "get some", perhaps you aren't giving this girl the proper respect, because you're upset at her for not being able to get in her pants. cool it. ask her what her limits are (yes you can work it into conversation if you're close enough to be doing anything). ask, don't pester. don't force anything because that'd lead to regrettable decisions...

Well girls are a little different. They don't want you to think that they are to easy... Do you love this girl? If you do then you should wait for when she is ready!! My boyfriend waited for me!! We are happy as could be going on for are 6 th year pretty soon!!

Tell her to stop being such a tease. Tell her that if she cant respect you, and your personal space, you'll need to stop seeing her. I'd say ''You can't touch me, till I can touch you'' Thats not fair. I'm a girl, I never do that sh*t to my husband unless I expect it to end in the bedroom. God, that must be torture. well, maybe she enjoys seeing ur fustration, being aroused and she likes torturing you. OR in most cases, she has insecurities about being loved, liked, or wanted and she does that to ensure herself that you desire her which makes her feel attractive and safe. Trust me, I'm a female so most girls behave like that to feel that way. Show her in ways that she does not expect that you value her and is very interested in her and her only.

I dunno man, that's weird. get away from this girl. When I was younger I was scared of penises so I never touched my boyfriend's but I let him touch me....but I never touched a guy and didn't let him touch me...
maybe she has an STD or thinks her vag is weird.
