unless u have a Microsoft authorization..
if u r not an authorized seller, then u can not sell ur liscence

If the software was included in an original equipment installation, then probably not. In that case the software is tied to the hardware.

If the software was purchased through a retail channel (computer store, amazon, etc) then yes you can seell your software after you have uninstalled it from your computer using the uninstaller program.

You may sell it, but you must first completely remove it from your computer.
