Good job! I have to congratulate you because I've known so many fat women who don't have the willpower to lose weight. I think you will get more attention from different kinds of men than you've been seeing if you lose all that weight and start taking care of yourself. You might not be a supermodel, but it will definitely be a great improvement. Your feet should feel better by the time you're done too. 65 lbs is not that much to lose . . . you can definitely do it. Good luck!

It has.

I've lost weight quite slowly and gradually. If you'd asked me before I started to lose the weight, I would have said that guys were shallow and liked hot young things. But now, I'm more inclined to say it's the confidence - not to get cliche :)
I stopped thinking and worrying about it as it became less of an issue, and I think that's a lot more attractive to people in general. I know I'd rather be having a conversation with someone who was relaxed and happy, not rigid and uncomfortable and focussed on what others were thinking about them.

Well done on your progress so far, and good on you for making a positive change. You'll be glad you did, if only because the real you will be able to shine through in the absence of any self-doubts!

Wow...amazing!!...keep at it. don't give up. Not only will you be healthier, but yes you will get noticed more. Your confidence will boost and people will notice not only a physical change, but an internal one. Believe it or not people are more attracted to you when you are secure and like yourself. Losing weight will help.. :)

get up from the computer and go for a walk. do situps. ride a bicycle or swim. sitting at the computer too long doesn't do much for your love life.

good luck (I am sitting a a computer to answer you :)
