do i need to pay taxes if i own a website that only show videos?

like soccer vids and i will be selling them

no if you're only promoting the video. but if you sell them on your website, then yes you pay sales tax and report it as income on your state & federal income tax.

If you have any income from the website ($400 for the year or more) then yes, you must show it on a tax return, and pay tax on it.
