I know there are specific exercises designed to target the abdominal muscles. The best routine would probably be a strict 10-30 minute a day workout focusing entirely on abdominal exercises, probably using some sort of weights as resistance. While swimming is excellent exercise, it will probably be more effective for overall body toning (arms, legs, back, shoulders, chest, etc.). Many types of exercise can help tone the abdominal muscles, but both men and women (though women in particular) have a hard time burning that layer of fat around the abdominal section. The human body tends to store fat here, and that fat can be extremely hard to burn. I recommend watching your diet to determine where most of your fat and calories are being consumed. Your body is likely holding on to these calories in your midsection. Try eating smaller portions more often throughout the day rather than a few regular or larger sized meals. This should teach your body to metabolize your food quicker, as it will be anticipating another meal within a couple of hours or so, whereas if you only eat a larger meal 2 or 3 times a day, your body will metabolize more slowly and attempt to store fat and calories to "hold you over" until your next meal.
All in all though, your figures are not at all bad. You do not appear to be overweight, particularly if much of your body weight is muscle mass. A soft tummy is really not all that bad, as long as you know you have muscle underneath. Keep in mind that women's bodies naturally have more fat than men's bodies. It is completely normal for you to have a few curves and softer features, and it is not at all unattractive (to most normal men, anyway). You may not always have a spare tire, but even if you do, it is not necessarily the end of the world. The important thing is that overall, you are fit and healthy.
Best of luck.

Just need to say I entirely loved all of the offerings! I suppose that all of them include a fact, so I'm going with all 25! I believe you've gotten performed an admirable process overlaying all of the believable motives, however within the spirit of the query all try to upload to the record... There could also be whatever within the "ho-hum" visible have an impact on of the small "i"- simply no longer very fascinating! Certainly no longer so much of an confirmation of our life. Perhaps that's on account that it's the not anything greater than an antithetical, the wrong way up exclamation factor! And rather of shouting our life, it muffles it! I suppose whilst the usual caveman got the process of inventing our language (whilst existence started on this planet over 6000 years in the past *), they have to have discovered this truth. Knowing that we might be in festival with plenty of alternative species and extinction was once the rule of thumb, as an alternative than the exception, I'm certain they felt they had to furnish a symbolic expertise of our valued at. Now a conventional capitalized "I" has an extension on the most sensible and the backside, as though acknowledging our humble beginnings "rooted" to the earth (lest we disregard our beginnings) and but as our eyes journey up the column we see that we're truthfully attaining out to heaven or to the celebs. I'm certain the cavemen felt that this type of image might persuade the dinosaurs, enormous marsupials and different species that our fate is visible: To Connect Heaven And Earth. now no one goes to suppose that may be completed with an the wrong way up exclamation factor! * a few will dispute this

since we cant spot reduce body fat it has to be overall fat loss achieved with healthy diet and exercise.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, hiking, cycling, elliptical, rope jumping etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism), less is more so dont go over 60min of cardio a day -actually 45min is all you need.
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Did you get tired of swimming? Try running/jogging with some music. You can do that daily for 30 minutes or 1 hour and you are set. Watch your diet and drink a lot of water. Do not give up on yourself. You know you are capable.
