I have recently been put on a new kind of acne medication that is a sulfa based drug. I was just wondering if the drug will change your body in any way. And how it changes

Sulfa based medicines are one of the oldest anti-biotics around other than penicillin. Other than some have allergic reactions from time to time, they are just as safe as any others that are out there. Bactrim is a very well known and widely used sulfa drug for kidney and urinary tract infections that has been around for approximately 45 years.

all medications change some reaction in your body, that's how they work. it's only bad if you are allergic to sulfa and you'd know by now if you were.
