I'm telling a native German that he can have the coin he wants from me. I really want the translation to be EXACTLY as I have it written above. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sie können sie haben! Sie gehört Ihnen! (if it is someone you address as Mr. or. Mrs.)
For someone you address with first name:
Du kannst sie haben! Sie gehört dir!

"Es" is not correct if you are talking about a coin - coin is "Münze" in German and it is fem. although we are talking about a thing.

If you cannot type "ö" on the keyboard use "oe"

Du es haben kanst. Es ist deine.

It's been a long time since I've used German and this may not be accurate, but it's understandable.
