Science has recently learned it causes a lot of problems for us.

And religiously didn't this start when God cast Adam and Eve out of the light of God and into the light of the sun?

Yes, the sun will inevitably destroy the earth.

The religious part, I wouldn't know....

The light of the sun was present on the earth long before Adam and Eve made their appearance. Death would come a lot quicker without the sun than with it. In fact, without the sun there never would have been any life on earth at all.

Sin resulted in death coming into the world. God cursed the earth because of the sin.

That's a very interesting thought about the light of God vs. the light of the sun! However, God made the sun before Adam and said it was placed in the sky to rule the day so I read that to mean Adam got sunlight on him.

I think the effects of the sun on us whether good or bad could be compared to the effects of oxygen on the human body. We need oxygen to live, yet at the same time oxygen is extremely corrosive. While it is keeping us alive it is killing us. The sun gives us vitamin d and prevents certain type skin cancers. It also gives us some skin cancers and ages us. Our world becomes more of a paradox everyday.

Silly Sean.

Scientists are always coming up with some new mumbo jumbo. The scientists of today contradict the scientists of 20 years ago. and the scientists of even 10 years from now may be contradicting the scientists of today. You can't believe everything you read.

Yes it's possible. But climate change brought on by CO2 levels is much more likely! In fact it is #1 on the list of possiblities.
