I came acorss a seller on craigslist.
He mentioned something about UPS purchase protection account, here is exactly what he said about the account.

"The most important thing is that I am affiliated to UPS, I have a UPS purchase protection account for $8,000 and I assume you know what this means.
The financial part of this deal will be manage by them. In case you do not like the bike or you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from reception date to request a refund and they will refund your money."

I am wondering what it is, and if it really exist??
Or is it just a Spam?

Thanks

Agreed... this is a scam.

DON'T do business and furthermore, report it to the FTC.

Below is a link to the Federal Trade Commission Complaint form. Make the crooks pay.
