Bailey's Irish Cream #3 Ingredients

# 1 pint half-and-half
# 2 eggs
# 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
# 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
# 1 dash cinnamon
# 1 tsp vanilla

Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixed well, serve cold. Stores for up to two weeks in the fridge, but it's never lasted that long.

I hope this helps you get started with Baileys Irish cream drinks ....you can get the mix already in a bottle....or make it yourself like above recipe....then add some creme de menthe to each individual glass for whoever wants it....or add a little coffee flavored syrup for an extra kick..don't add too many ingredients or you might make something that is hard to swallow...try the recipe first...then decide what "1" other flavor you would like to add....Good luck.....don't drive if you drink the whole pitcher...lol...take care....yum yum....
