I really feel sick to my stomach. I the best I can describe it is it feels like morning sickness. They are friends again and it's killing me. Although I should be able to trust him because after all, I too am friends with my ex. I just have trust issues all around. But do you ever feel physically sick when you even hear her name? Or you know they are together hanging out and stuff?
If so, how do you overcome it? Thanks!

No, I don't. I got over that mess a long time ago. You need to deal with your trust issues. Even if you end this relationship for some reason down the road, your issues with trust will rise again. You have to deal with them now. Sit down with yourself and just think. What caused your trust issues? Did a boyfriend in the past cheat on you or hurt you in a very serious way? If something like that happened, it's understandable, but you have to think rationally about it. That's what I started to do. I started to remember that the guy I am currently dating isn't my past. I cannot compare my past to my present or I risk destroying my future. Look at what you said. If you are friends with your ex and have no desire to be with him, then you really need to stop and think that your boyfriend is just friends with his ex as well. If you are beginning to get physically ill when it comes to dealing with your boyfriend's ex, then you really, really need to examine your heart. The same will happen with future relationships. Remember, you are someone's ex, too. But, you are more than just an ex-girlfriend. You are a human being. Your boyfriend's ex is a person just like you are, with feelings, desires, and friends.

He's an alcoholic. You can't help him. You have nothing to be guilty about , although a similar thing happened to me. If you dont take him back, you'll find the guilt will go away. Follow your intuition. Its a great guide and never fails you. You know you cant take him back. Stop all contact as its too hard for you. Block him from your facebook. Tough love. When his parents kicked him out, that shows how low he is. Do they feel guilty ? Bet they do, but they are giving him tough love and you have to do the same, otherwise, youre undoing everything everybody else is doing to make him wake up. Even if he dies under the bridge, its him that put himself there, not you. Youre so young, get on with your own life and forget him.. Not easy, but good luck.

Yes, everytime! It's been 5 yrs and I still get nauseous. I would never let them hang out together! If he does, he is not over her, there should be no other women in his life in such a manner. If she must be around, then u must be included. I don't think u can ever overcome the feeling unless she does something horrible to the guy. Then the thought of her isn't so bad bcuz u know she has no interest. Hope this helps, but I am bitter towards exes. Never sat good with me.

My ex-boyfriend used to talk about his ex constantly and when I got to meet one of the ex's, I was not feeling sick, just that uncomfortable feeling knowing that she did what I did with my (ex) boyfriend. He has too many ex's and I'd met some of them. One of his exs is his personal accountant and saw him more often than I did. Talk about being mad!
How to get over it? I broke up with him and no more miss nice lass.

Yes i feel sick to my stomach when my bf and i go to a certain store where his ex works. She always tries to get his attention and one day he came home and told me that she even asked him for a ride home but, he refused to do it because she damn well knew he was seeing me.

No, but I do feel sick when I see my HUSBAND's girlfriend....
Anyway, a relationship is based on trust so if you don't trust him around his ex then it doesn't sound like you two should be together.

only when i hear her voice! she yells and shrieks like a crazy ape all the time i am not kidding.no wonder he left her she is a lazy, loud, filthy, lying ho. and that's her good points! when i saw for the first time- the sad excuse for a mother to his youngest and only biological child,i didn't know if i should laugh or throw up! she is hideous, now i understand why he never wanted to think he was Mykaylas father ,her mom is a cow!i don't have to deal with them but if i did i would be polite and pray for a quick end to it.
