To get straight to the point, the cause to these is sin. The same as the religious hippocrates who have expensive cars, live in expensive homes, take polical sides all of which Jesus denounced in the Ist century. He did this when he overturn the tables of the money changes in the synogues and when he called the Jewish leaders vipers and sons of the devil by doin g his bidding. He fore warned us by telling us to be aware of those who dress in sheep clothing but are wolves ready to sneak in and devour the flock of God.

There is no mention of cancer or AIDS in the Bible because those diseases had not been discovered yet.
Instead of relying on scripture try a little science next time.
In case you didn't know there are millions of heterosexuals with the disease.
The largest group of people being infected with AIDS are women whose husband or sex partner frequent prostitutes and brothels.
