For the past 20 mins or so I have been getting this weird beating feeling (heart beat) in my upper arm and shoulder. I have heard that this is a symptom of a heart attack. I am beginning to really worry about this and I am prone to panic attacks/anxiety causing me to feel short of breath and have chest pains, numbness in hands and feet ect. After reading about what a heart attack feels like the symptoms the symptoms are really similar to those of a panic attack.

Am I having a heart attack or is this just a panic attack brought on by that weird pain in my shoulder?

Is the beating feeling in my shoulder serious?

Please help, thanks.

Just so you know I am 15 years old.

Not sure if that helps with anything.

Go to your local pharmacy or walmart where they have a blood pressure machine. I had a panic attack before- easily mistaken for a heart attack, but don't wait around to find out.
