att coxial cable service for tv is soon to be aviable in this area can you help..

This must be AT&T U-Verse. It's AT&T's IPTV system (Internet Protocol TV). Check the link in the sources section.
They are rolling this out around the country in select areas. It is not a coaxial service like cable, but uses a fiber optic path to the local neighborhood (FTTN - fiber to the node) and then copper to the home. It's a DSL variant called VDSL.
From what I've seen, don't expect it to be significantly cheaper than cable TV.

In order to get good reception you will need to live next door to a node. All others suffer for choosing this service.
