Not sure about Jet Li. I know he's the only man to ever to be the Wushu World Champion five times. Which is borderline impossible, but he did it. I haven't seen anything saying he studied other martial arts, but i agree he seems to have a little kung fu form in there.
Jackie Chan trained in multiple styles of Kung Fu. He's done it so long that you can see he kinda has his own style now. He trains with his group of stuntmen everday.

Good question. I was wondering about this myself. On his website it only mentions that he trained in Wushu, but watching his videos it looks likes he knows some traditional Kung Fu, and Wing Chun, but I cannot confirm that. Maybe search on the internet somewhere? As for Jackie Chan, I'm not really sure.

Wushu is not an art in itself but is merely the alternative term for Kung Fu that chinese martial artists use today to avoid confusion, since the term "Kung Fu" itself doesn't mean "chinese fighting art" as most people today wrongly assumes, but actually means "a hard earned and well practiced skill", this means Kung Fu could mean anything from boxing to eating fire or even spitting into a can 15 feet away. The chinese term "Wushu" would be equivalent to the english generic word "Fighting arts or Martial arts" which means it can be Wing Chun or Eagle Claw or Tai Chi. As for Jet Li, he has studied different Wushu styles since childhood and has mastered around 18 different weapon forms if I remember right. Jackie Chan studied traditional Kung Fu and chinese opera acrobatic forms in his childhood at the Peking Opera school(kinda like a boot camp for future performing acrobats) and has reportedly learned Hapkido, judo, boxing, and a lot other arts over the course of making movies.
