Good point. I'm sure at some point if we still have money, that there will be some "activist" group that will demand that it will be removed, and stay removed. I don't like the "all seeing eye" on the seal. I believe this should be removed!
People will try to remove God, and have to some extent from our schools, and public gatherings. And He has followed those desires. That is why we are in such a mess. But one day people will have their wish when all of the Christians leave. Then they can have Hell on earth to enjoy.

Apparently you (along with a lot of other people) think that God (The Creator) is running the world as you know it. You haven't been reading your Bible. The Bible clearly shows that an intelligent, unseen person has been controlling both men and nations. It says: "The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one." And the Bible identifies him, saying: "The one called Devil and Satan . . . is misleading the entire inhabited earth."—1 John 5:19; Revelation 12:9.
When Jesus was "tempted by the Devil," Jesus did not question Satan's role as the ruler of this world. The Bible explains what happened: "The Devil took him along to an unusually high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, and he said to him: 'All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me.' Then Jesus said to him: 'Go away, Satan!'"—Matthew 4:1, 8-10.
Think about this. Satan tempted Jesus by offering him "all the kingdoms of the world." Yet, would Satan's offer have been a real temptation if Satan was not actually the ruler of these kingdoms? No, it would not. And note, Jesus did not deny that all these worldly governments were Satan's, which he would have done if Satan did not have power over them. So, then, Satan the Devil along with the angels that rebelled with him are really the unseen ruler of the world! The Bible, in fact, calls him "the god of this system of things." (2 Corinthians 4:4)
These unseen, wicked world rulers are determined to mislead all mankind, turning them away from the worship of God. One way wicked spirits do this is by promoting the idea of survival after death, even though God's Word clearly shows that the dead are not conscious. (Genesis 2:17; 3:19; Ezekiel 18:4; Psalm 146:3, 4; Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10)
So, when I see 'In God we trust' on money, the god that comes to my mind is 'the God of this System', Satan.

For sure, all the believers say a loud AMEN> and Praise the Lord, and total ALLELUJAH>
PPL can try all they want to mark God out of everything, and at times they think they won. But no. God is the one that will always remain victorious.
When ppl try to mark God out of anything, all they did is move fruther from God and say to the devil< COME ON IN< whether they know it or not. Disobedience to God leads to absolute curse, and death, HELL.
Obedience to God leads to incredible blessings, so many that you can barely contain it, but you can with Gods help.
Noone can blot God off anything, but you can blot God out of your heart, and if you do it long enough, you will be lost. But He is quick and eager to forgive. But you must do it before you die or Jesus comes again, whichever comes first.
amen There are even ppl today who want the In God we trust, totally and forever removed from our money, and they may win those little bitty things they think are victories. But God runs everything and Jesus will reign forever and ever. All you do is be sure that you cant be with Him and go to hell instead by asking the devil in and blotting out GOd, be it with a marker, a bomb or anything else. ONLY YOU yourwelf can wipe God out of your heart, cuz He so wants to be there, but its all CHOICE. One that noone can make for you. God says we either serve Him or the devil We may not know that, buts its true. So if you havent placed God into your hearts and mind, guess who resides there?? and we wonder why ppl rebel and do such horrible things. Unless you ask Jesus into your heart, and yes He is God, you have devil living there inside. Blot him out and ask Jesus in. Only way to go.
Grat thought provoer... thanks

Amen!
Oh Beautiful for Men of Faith
Who founded this great land
Proclaimed for us, In God we trust
and held to God's strong hand
America, America, God shed His grace on thee
til men confess His righteousness
from sea to shining sea
Heal our land, Father Heal our broken land!

Why does my money have to have "god" on it in the first place?
Can you prove that god holds the moon, the stars, and the whole universe in place? Last I checked, gravity did that.
My parents have a lot to do with my existence, and there is no evidence that god knew my name before I was born.
Crossing out "In God We Trust" is a harmless form of rebellion. Of all the horrible things that are happening in this world, sharpies should be about 1, 235, 674 on your list of things to get your panties in a twist over.

During prayer and the reading of God's Holy Word, one can feel the presence of God. Those who refuse to pray and who treat the Bible with contempt will never experience this. They don't understand and they fear that which they do not understand. Their fear manifests itself as hostility and hatred. They are only able to react by verbally attacking those who know God. I'm so very sorry for them and they are in my daily prayers.

A sharpie to mark God out ?how funny...kinda like the lump of clay telling the potter how to mold...the sad thing about it is when their names will not be found in the book of life....maybe they should think about the sharpie that God has...:)

Ohhhh interesting hunny! It looks great. I want to read more. But this wont be perfect for a first chapter. First chapters never explain the moment but the past. So your first chapter could be when your grandma told you about the mark and then in the second chapter say 6 years later. That would be perfect. Other than that. It looks awesome. I love vampires. I would love to read like a basic outline of the plot. I want to know what the "problem" is going to be. But this will do. keep me hanging on. Good luck.
