RE:
Does Vitamin Water have caffeine?
I'm trying to cut out caffeine, and I'm a big fan of Vitamin Water Lemonade. I know most sodas have caffeine unless stated otherwise, but I'm not sure about Vitamin Water or other drinks like Powerade.

Vitamin Water doesn't have caffeine but it does have a lot of sugar and is about 125 calories a bottle for the lemonade. Try drinking Fruit2O, Aquafina flavored water, or other similar flavored waters. They all have good flavor, and no sugar or caffeine. They come in lemon if lemonade is your thing.

A couple of the flavors do...most do not. You really do need to check the label of the bottle. For your sake, and the sake of the environment, you are better off saving your money, drinking tap water and getting your vitamins from eating healthy food and NOT getting your vitamins from water that has been doctored up and put into environmentally-hazardous plastic bottles.

A couple of them have a natural caffeine. The yellow one (Energy, which is tropical citrus) definitely does. Just be sure to look at the labels.

When in doubt, check the ingredient labels. Caffeine will be listed if it is added.

no it does not have caffeine, but it does have sugar and high fructose corn syrup, which can be just as bad for you. try drinking flavored waters or juices/smoothies without corn syrup in them
