Not sure on this global warming stuff they can`t even predict the up coming weeks weather right how the heck can they predict global warming ,we had one of our coldest winters where I live this past winter, just a few weeks ago not far from where I live they had snow in June.
Al Gore smoked a few fatties ate some shrooms then said heck he talked to a penquin and the penquin told him it`s getting warmer out .

Global warming is just the topic of the moment.
My pal Al is just getting exposure to keep himself somewhat relevant.
AL is the same guy that was crying global cooling a bunch of years ago.
Did you see that the big meeting in Washington D.C. on global warming had to be canceled because of a blizzard?
Here's my take on the whole deal -- It's a natural occurrence, and we go through 10~11 year cycles. That much is fact.
It is true that plants need the CO2. I say do your part to save the trees!!

Ummmmm dude. When the sunspots are more numerous that means that the sun is LESS Bright (less radiation). Few sunspots mean MORE radiation. Bone up on your astronomy, my friend. I think the GOOD Dr. Blick needs to bone up on it as well or he'd have figured that tiny detail out for himself. Also, WHAT plants? AT the rate of deforestation going on in the world there is NOT enough vegetation around to soak up the carbon dioxide emmissions that are occuring today. We are unlocking the STORED carbon of over half a billion years in only the space of 150 years. NO amount of vegetation can absorb that amount of carbon all at once.

Are you kidding me?! Do you not realize that, aside from this relatively unknown "scientist", the majority of scientists not only believe in global warming, but have been warning people about it for years? Are you aware that a huge chunk of ice has recently broken off in the Arctic, roughly the size of California? And how do you explain the extreme weather that we have been experiencing over the last year or two? Seriously, you really need to read more than just one man's writings!
PS: the "Snows Of Kilimanjaro" are rapidly disappearing, as well.

I am currently majoring in meteorology (more specifically tropical meteorology), however, from what I have gathered, global warming is a natural trend that will last a while (no it is highly unlikely it will begin to stop next year). It may or may not be unfenced by human emissions and stuff of that matter, that is undecided at this moment.

God won't embarrass Al Gore. He will just let him do it himself. I have been studying Eskimos for the past several months and found that they experienced the melting of polar ice so badly that they couldn't get around on their sleds. This was in the 1800's. So what's new?

Sigh. and all the fish will come back from atlantis, and the extinct species will emerge from a secret cave in Jerusalem, and the pit mines will fill with lush vegetation (when arsenic is discovered to be a fertilizer). Rates of Autism and Mental Retardation will decrease, and meth will lose it addictive properties and Barry Bonds will retire from Baseball one home run short of Hank Aaron and apologize for lying about his steroid use.

Misinformation all around.
Nobody wants to do anything that helps the planet because they do not see anything wrong with it... but like Al Gore said... changes happen quickly. Goodbye.

I doubt that God is a republican. As for Blick, I'd want to hear more than the opinions of one creation scientist.
