Friend, we all can believe in God. The relationship with God and salvation of the soul is the different area of believing in God. It is not okay to be bi, but tell your friend to continue to believe in God and to seek a relationship with Him. Oh how pleased He would be to have this friend seek Him. The friend needs to go to the Bible, read and read and read some more, talk to Him, tell Him to show himself, and He will at the right time for this person, and as for the sexual preference, that is just a small thing for our Almighty God to deal with and change, so being bi, well God can deal with that, and us humans, well, we have no reason to judge...be blessed!

Yes, of course. It sounds like she is both right now.

However, the new question is: Can she be bi and understand that God still loves her?
This question can only be answered by her, and it will be difficult to answer because of people who tell her that she is sinning by being bi.

She obviously cares about God's feelings. There is no reason to be a stumbling block to a person who is grappling with a difficult issue by telling her that she is separating herself from God by having the issue to grapple with in the first place.

God is her helper in this case, not her tormenter.

You can be bi and believe in God. You can be bi and God still loves you. However, being bi is a sin.

Sure. I am Bi and I believe in God. Since people are born gay, straight or bi and God doesn't make "mistakes" why can't someone be bi and believe in God. After all God made them the way they are...

BTW to believe in God does not mean you have to buy into some religion's morals or dogmas. IMO God is beyond man made religions.

So tell your friend its ok.

Being Bi and believing in some gods is perfectly acceptable. Being Bi and being accepted by other believers (due to their theology) can be another matter altogether.

Perhaps you could describe which god she believes in.

Of course it is. God loves everyone regardless of their religion, race, creed, or sexual preference in this case, which is equal for each gender. Even if others treat your friend with hatred, God will always love her.
Remember though: even demons believe that there God exists, but does your friend believe that The Lord is the one true God?

God created everybody and he loves everybody, and there is no reason your friend can't believe in God. However, if you look at the anatomy of the human body, I don't think God designed us to be bisexual creatures. However, Christians need to realize that every human being is made in the image of God, and we have to respond lovingly to the people God created. Because some people think that they are superior to those who are bisexual and homosexual and treat them with hatred, they cannot see the love of Christ in them. This is probably why she is uncertain about what kind of a relationship she can have with God.

If your friend is uncertain about what God thinks of her, she needs to know that there is grace abundant for those who seek God, and the fact that she is asking questions about her relationship with God shows where her heart is, and I completely agree with the young lady who posted above me.
