How much bigger is a queen size bed compared to a full size bed, will full size bedding fit a queen size bed?

A queen sized bed is 6" wider than a full-size. You might get away with using the flat sheet and comforters, but not the fitted sheets.

A full size or double bed is usually 54" x 75" and a queen is 60" x 80". So no, full size bedding will not fit a queen size bed.

Six inches wider and five inches longer and no those sheets will not fit.
