do not eat any processed foods.... avoid high fructose corn syrup, monosodium glutemate, partially hydrogenated oils... eat organic... don't eat dairy... avoid meats that aren't organic...they have antibiotics in them and other junk... avoid sugars, wheat, gluten, yeast, caffiene, pop, and alcohol... go for a run or a bike ride a few times a week... try pilates to tone your stomach...but you also need cardio to shed the fat ...oh and if you have ps2, play ddr... it is the only way i'll do cardio lol it has a workout method... it doesn't even matter if you get the steps right... some times they get really fast and hard so it just keeps you moving...

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, spinning, hiking, swimming, rope jumping etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and basic to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely in contact that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too without delay. i visit confess i haven't observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet regularly) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it might scare the residing daylights out of me through quantity that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the preparation. i've got in no way offered something like this until eventually now through fact they're many times full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start right now!

Drink plenty of water and do alot of cardio to keep ur heart rate up and look @ ur calories the intake of ur calories.Cut alot of ur white bread out do whole wheat, substitute ur starch foods likes potatoes, rice etc. out. If u r going to eat rice let it b brown rice.& try to wk out at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs a day.Start out with alot of cardio like I said lose some of the weight b4 u tone up. B/c if u try to tone up b4 losing the extra weight u r only going to have a big hard stomach. Good luck.

Avoid anything with flour or refined sugar in it; just eat high-protein foods and fruits and vegetables. Do yoga (tones muscles) and calisthenics every day - lunges, crunches, "girl" push ups, and some sort of cardio on a regular basis (dancing, jogging, even fast walking). Drink plenty of fluids, but not ones that contain calories.

eat healthy food!
eat green leafy food with less oil or fat with it... but eat only to the point that you can feel that you stomach has something in it... not full to the max....
Eat three times a day this is important... and cut down on the junk food... and drink a lot of water... and have a daily walk or exercise routine... it doesnt have to be a heavy work out....

well theres many diets but i think this one always works which is to eat healthy of course or cut back on food but to rather than paying so much attention to that to burn off more calories than you take in so eat what you'd like just make sure you can excercise it off prehaps running or situps or crunches will work.

i dont know how people can lose weight in 3 months but i can tell you how to lose weight...
you could eat slower in any meal time because eating faster
has more calories than eating slower
e.g. eating faster-600 calories
eating slower-400 calories
