You have lost the HAND in the relationship.
The only way you can get her back is to move on and hope she gets her feelings back when she sees you with someone else.
You have to be a man, act like it does not bother you and find the hottest girl to be seen with in front of her. If she sees someone hot with you she may think she messed up.

Seth, you just have to move on. Those feelings you have that tell you she still has some feelings for you, thats just wishful thinking on your part. When any relationshio ends, youdo go through a grieving process of sorts. Its only been a month so you are probably still grieving the end of the rleationship and trying to come to terms with it. Try and get out and be active. Do something totally different like take up a new sport or hobby. You will soon get over her, and in no time, you will find yourself with a new girlfriend. We've all been there, done that so you are not alone there. Talk to your mates, as that also helps. Cheers and best of luck

It's been a whole day ? Oh man, grow up please. Sorry to be harsh, but give the girl some space. Has she actually told you it's over ? If she ditches you for her ex, she was never worth it and you're much better off without her. Leave it for a few days though and let her come to her own decision. If you go bugging her now you'll only push her further away. Cut her off and in no time at all she'll come to you. ...And, you need to work on your jealousy streak. She has no control whatsoever over what people say on her FB page. If she's friends with her ex, that's her business. I have ex's on my FB that I still happen to be friends with. Mature people can deal with that. Maybe this is why she can't be bothered with you anymore. "she hasn't texted me

Usually breaking up with someone is very difficult and hard to face espesially if you still have some feelings for them. If i were you i would take on hobbie so that you get your mind off her and clear mind. Why not exercise or lift weights. I know that exercising for me helps me forget about everything and clears my mind. Or just go outside and take a long walk and get some fresh air. In time if she still does have feelings for you, you will find out. She probably come and talk to you about but if not then it's truely over and you must move on.

i don't think you should try to get her back. if she made a point in telling you that she isn't interested anymore then there is really no point in trying to change that. you deserve someone who will love you the same way you love them. getting back together may seem like the best idea now because you love her so much, but you don't want to walk right into another heartbreak if things didn't work out the first time.

You have my sympathy. It is never easy to deal with the pain and grief of a broken romance especially when you still have feelings for the other person. However, in this case I would advice you to move on as painful as that may be for you.She has made her feelings very clear to you. Don't try to re-interpret it or make yourself believe that she still loves you. This will only prolong your pain and make it that much more difficult to move on.I wish you all the best for the future.

im in the same situation as you buddy except i was with my ex for 3 years. i tried and tried to talk to her but nothing works. we have been broken up for a month now and i miss her a lot but the best thing you can do right now is not to think about it and move on. women are like that, once they have made up their mind about something, there is no way to change their mind. hope this helps you.

I'm sorry you're depressed. Breaking up is hard and it can take time to get over but the only thing you can do is move on. Don't pursue her is she said she doesn't like you anymore.

Once you fall in love, you can't fall back out. If you love her you'll let her go. If you force her to be with you she will be sad. let her be happy. If you guys become friends, mabye you will have a chance someday again with her. Untill then, try out new things in life. for depression, EAT ICE CREAM! Have your friends ova, and let it all out. Chill with them, they'll help you get over her.
