Quick, Easy -N- Fast Garlic Chicken Recipe
4 large chicken breasts
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. olive oil or vegetable oil
4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 t. ground sage
1/2 t. salt
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Rinse chickens and pat dry. Place chicken in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and sage. Brush mixture on the chicken breasts.
Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Baste the chicken twice with the lemon and garlic mixture.
Serves 4.

1.) Wishbone Italian Dressing - Give boneless chicken breasts a bath in the dressing overnight. It adds such taste to the chicken.
2.) Corn Flake Chicken - Take chicken legs and dip them inn a bowl a milk coating the whole leg. Then roll the chicken in cornflakes . Add 1/2 butter on top of each on and cook in over at 375* until the juices come out clear.

Either buy a kosher chicken or brine your chicken for 1 hour in very salty water, your chicken will be very moist and taste like chicken is supposed to taste.

I once saw a lady put a raw chicken in some plastic bag and put spring onion,olive oil,garlic,garden herbs and lots more vegies in it, then she shoved it in a oven and it canme out looking like it was from a restaraunt! (i think she lied cause when i tried it, the chicken broke, but then agen i aint no chef i cant even fry an egg without burning it)

or try a heinz marinade or a store brought marinade!
8 oz. dry spaghetti, cooked, drained and kept warm
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
3/4 cup BUITONI® Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 can (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLî CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken or turkey breast meat
2 cans (4 oz each) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
COMBINE breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons butter in small bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.
MELT remaining butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat; gradually stir in broth. Return to heat; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in evaporated milk and remaining cheese; cook over low heat until cheese melts. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken, mushrooms, peas and sherry.
COMBINE pasta and chicken mixture in large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumb topping.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve immediately.

1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. For grilled or broiled chicken, pour marinade over 2 to 3 pounds of chicken pieces; refrigerate for 4 hours or more. Do not re-use marinade.

slow cook it all day in the slow cooker, with filled to top with water... at the end of the day, take egg yoke noodle and boil them in 3 parts of the juice and 1 part water... then use the rest of the broth to make mashed potatos...
serve mashed potato on bottom, noodles (salted and buttered) on top of potato and lay the chicken quarter right on top... very starchy but ohhhh so tasty.

marainate your chicken in cocunut milk lots of fresh coriander leave it over night thats cheap and easy you could serve it matchstick crushed spring onion champ, finely slice yuor potato in matchstick shape and fry until crispy and place it on your spring onoin champ which consist of mash potato spring onion and butter or cream
