People who break laws are generally considered criminals. This is why people who come to this country illegally are called illegal aliens.
Some of them may in fact be nice people, but they are also criminals because they broke the law. Whether they are quietly working or loudly protesting.

They are criminals by definition, as others have pointed out. By coming to America illegally, they are criminals. Then again, so is the person that crosses the street where there's no crosswalk. So is the person that downloads free music. So is the person that goes two miles over the speed limit.
As for the accusations of violence and racism? Yes, that indeed does exist. Though, I also see quite a few white people talking about those damn wet-backs and how they'd better get out of this country before they lynch 'em.
Lastly, the "American Natives" bit? If you are Caucasian, Asian, Cuban, Mexican, African, Phillippino, or any other race besides pure-blood through-and-through Native American, you're an immigrant, too. You're just lucky enough to be deemed "legal".

While your question appears to be slightly slanted to insight vocal discord and nasty answers .... here is my opinion
If you commit an illegal act to obtain a result for your own personal gain - it is wrong. It does not matter if you are entering a country illegally or committing any other illegal act.
Ask any offender and they all have an excuse - that doesn't make their actions right. So they are all criminals...... some just have better stories and get more news coverage.

I unquestionably have stable thought pass to the border line and step over there yet stay over there nonetheless yet finding each the place, do not resign, once you could stop the immigration possibly you could win the peace Nobel prize through fact the would desire to of the folk think of that the immigrants disrupt the peace so which you going to be a actual hero in case you could, yet unquestionably you cant not and question me this question how we are in a position to stop the yankee invasion into different international places like mine or Iraq

They are criminals because they already broke the law! I wish they would round them up at the rallies and send them home. How do they have the nerve to bash us so blatantly? If they really wanted to become US citizens would they be burning our flag? It makes me sick.

No I don't think they are. The law dictates they actually are criminals. No thinking needed.
Sorry "ricmon87". A quick study of basic law will get you up to speed. One who violates a law, any law, is considered a criminal. If I speed and get a speeding ticket I'm am a criminal until I satisfy the requirements of my punishment. As long as an illegal criminal immigrant remains in the United States illegally that person is a criminal. Better luck next time. Got it? LMAO. See ya!

This issue can be over simplified and distilled down too far, to the point where it becomes meaningless. Apparently that's all some minds can handle.
