Well I'll answer this with a fact instead of opinion.

(" Is it wrong to call illegal inmgrants criminals"?)
If you are an illegal immigrant, you are commiting a crime, therefore you are a criminal (not that this means your a bad person).

(Why did banned this simple question to the community which is only purpose is to know what the others think about this controversial issue?)

Probably shouldn't have been BANed but this was more then likely flagged by a user/users which would make it acceptable as you can flag anyones questions for any reason if you find it offensive...People are a bit too sensitive to illegal immigrants, probably including myself. I'm in no way racist but I myself get tired of over accomidations from our society as well as hearing about it being a controversial subject as I believe it shouldn't be. Feel free to continue to post questions such as these and don't take it personal if it gets BANed, lifes to short.

No they do no longer seem to be violating any ones unfastened speech. a million)this could be a private employer owned via Yahoo. They set up the policies and people who use this website are travelers of Yahoo to take section in this website. to illustrate: in case you have been in my dwelling house and that i asked you to no longer do some thing offensive in front of my spouse and little ones. yet yet you probably did...i'm able to do away with you from my dwelling house. it particularly is largely the comparable concept. 2) unfastened speech substitute into prevalent so as that the government might desire to no longer repress our freedom to assert what we experience or have faith in. And this modification into between the government and its electorate. so a great way as all of us comprehend Yahoo isn't affiliated with the U. S. government, so back they do no longer seem to be violating all of us's freedoms. 3) Yahoo's policies are very sparkling as to what's allowable and what isn't. i think that the quantity of lawsuits made some person to Yahoo additionally impacts no rely if or no longer they get the boot.

One of my answers was violated today. My answer was "LOL Isn't that the sad truth"

Explain how that violates the TOS.

Every day I get violations on things that Yahoo doesn't like, or that some skank doesn't like, even if it's innocent.

I think the YahPolice are tracking me, because they pull a LOT of my Q and As.

How about this to top it off?
I got 2 violation answers removed today, but they took 24 points away.

I'm getting all my friends and family to start on Answers, with several accts each, just so our voices can be heard.

Again, what rights? You don't own this site and we are to be guided by their choices not ours. You are not the only person to be in violation. But no it is not wrong to call them illegal criminals, a rose by any other name would still be a rose.

I have discovered that if anyone turns you in for anything, they just about always remove the question or answer .... it seems without reading it.

The question you posed is much more benign than many things I have seen on here. However they do seem to be cracking down of late. Can't say I'm not happy to see it though. It was totally getting out of hand.

When I clicked on a link and got taken to the nastiest piece of pornography I've ever seen in my life last week..............well I admit I lost it myself and wrote YA Administrators an email about their lack of taking action with one particular troll. The prelude before the link gave no indication that you were about to see something that foul.

dirty martini , if you had not seen such before you would not have known , since you have seen su ch before then what harm did it do to you??? or are you like so many others on Y/A and think you are obliged to police it, if you don't like some thing then pass on by, some one else might, I have seen a lot on here I didn't like but, since I was in the marine corps for 23 years and fought for freedom, yours and mine I feel we should let others have their freedom also, why don't people see this every time you take away some ones freedom you are also chisling away at your own ,I find it takes all of my time to mind my own business and don't have time to meddle into other affairs that don't concern me. please do the same.
I disagree with some of these answers , this is not a private forum, and since it is a public forum, they are violting your rights, check the law on public and private,

YA has rules called "community guidelines". You have a right to ask a question, answer one, or vote on one. That's about as far of a right you are going to get.
Say something wrong and you get the violation.

Really it's no big deal. Keep doing what you have been doing. : )

As I said before, Yahoo Guidelines are too stringent.

Probably because someone was offended and reported the question. However, your rights were not violated in any way.

According to the community guidelines you can appeal that decision.

I don't see anything wrong with your question.
