i have a 5.4l 1997 ford expedtion eddie bauer ediotion, my front front shocks are air controlled, but how do i activate the cylinoid or add air to them i cant find a valve???

yea we jst bought it, its got a 12' inch lift with 36 in. tires, so the guy who sold it to us his sister did all the stuff and he wasnt sure about it

If your expedition has front air shocks they have been added on by somebody, the factory only put rear air ride on the 97 Expedition and then it was all automatic if is working right, if it isn't there should be a warning indicator on the dash that is illuminated. Although I have never seen it done on an Expedition there are several aftermarket companies that make air suspension kits, in that case you will need to follow the lines and find where the compressor, air tank, control solenoids and control switches are all mounted and go from there.

my towncar did that (rear) I went on line and bought springs and put them in. Easy and cheap. Shockmaster.com I think.
I remove the air pump.
