My tally so far: 11,946 socks and roughly 4,500 pens. God OWES me! He owes me big time!

Why do people always blame God for what goes wrong in their lives? I think people should be ashamed of blaming Him for all the misery and lost socks in the world.
Especially when everybody knows that it's the dryer gremlins who steal socks! They live in the wall behind the dryer, and they line their pen nests with stolen socks. That's where they hide to eat the last cookie. . .you know, the one that the kids and spouse all swear *they* didn't eat.
Mystery solved.

If you consider the disappearance of socks and pens a great unknown mystery, I'm sure God knows where they go. I don't really think he needs them.

God taught me to match up my socks before I wash them, and then do a count before them in the dryer.
