Be cautious, seafood can contain dangerous contaminants, particularly mercury and PCBs. It can cause problems when feeding it to small children. I have a link to a handy chart for you, it will help to figure out how often you can feed it to your child (or yourself). You will have to read the labels to learn what sort of fish are in the fish sticks.
An additional concern, some children don't react well to seafood. A dermatologist warned us away from feeding seafood to our youngest, she believes that it can make eczema worse in certain populations.

Yes. My daughter eats fish sticks she loves them, She is 16months she also eats the little vienna sausages. Your baby is getting older now, Start introducing him/her to new foods.

I'd say fish sticks are fine because it's processed fish, but fresh fish and tuna, I would watch!!

Sure. They make great finger food. Just read the label to see they are mostly fish, not filler.

Of course, give him lots of different foods. You should probably cut them the first couple times then as you feel comfortable you can give them to him whole.

It should be fine. It's shellfish that they say not to feed to kids until they're past 2 yrs.

Sure they can! They could choke on them I guess but really they could choke on anything they put in their mouths... I'd say go for it, just supervise him/her.
