Nothing lasts in the mouth for 70 years except a healthy tooth. The problem with doing veneers at 15 is that you are not done growing. Doing them that early may result in the margin (the place where the veneer meets the tooth) showing as your gumline matures. If this occurs, you may want them redone for aesthetics.
Typically, no dentistry lasts longer than 20 years. Veneers as thin slivers of porcelain, are very easily popped off or broken. It happens. So they may need to be redone from time to time, but generally hold up quite well.

Yes, it's possible if you have the money to pay for it (they are really expensive compared to caps on teeth) and a dentist who does veneers well.
But it is not recommended for someone young with generally healthy teeth. When my daughter was 18, we looked into veneers for her. The dentist actually has to remove a part of the surface of a tooth to cement on a veneer. The veneers do not last a lifetime. They may have to be replaced in 15+ years.

I got some when i was 18, but I think it is individual based on the person's teeth. I would ask your dentist the next time you go for your cleaning.
