I seriously hope you are kidding about this. I really, really hope you are kidding. No one, and I mean NO ONE, has the right to lay a HAND on you in some form of punishment that is not RAISING YOU. Your boyfriend isn't your mother or father. He's got no right to lay a hand on you. That is abuse. There's no other way to put it. You do not have to obey your boyfriend. Get rid of that guy!!

From what you say it sounds as if you quite enjoy being spanked, but just don't want to be spanked in front of your friends? Is that it? If so, propose a bargain - he can give you an extra-special birthday spanking after your friends have gone if he'll promise not to do it while they're around.

It sounds like he is forcing a sub/dom relationship on you when you have not consented to it.
This is not consentual, he is an abuser. End of story.
Sub/dom relationships are about loving correction NOT one person spanking the other out of anger.
Leave the relationship. It is not healthy. Simply tell one of your best friends what is going on- she will defend you (better yet, if your best friend is male).
You could also be ready to slap him in the face. That does constitute abuse but honey- do what you have to do to defend yourself. Do not under any circumstances give in to what he wants unless you want it too.

I am going out on a limb here and think you rather enjoy being spanked. However if he is your boyfriend and you tell him not to spank you in front of your freinds, then he should do that. Not spank you in front of your friends.

Is this something sexual? Either way, you would need to vocally tell him to stop because you don't like it and find it embarassing. If he has a problem with ceasing this behavior I'd possibly look at getting out of that relationship because it could turn into something very abusive and violent.

Loose the looser, and if you hear yourself defending him, or hemming and hawing over all his qualities, get yourself to a relationship councilor right away. In fact, get to a councilor tomorrow, and start learning why you have been participating in this relationship at all.
