That depends. If you have been sexually active, then yes you could be pregnant. Simply stopping birth control does not get you pregnant. I am assuming that you were/are sexually active. ANYTIME you have sex, unless at least one of you is sterile, a woman can become pregnant. That is a fact regardless of birth control.
