It has to be a mushroom ..... you see, mushroom used to grow on trees just like all it's fellow plants, bloom from flowers, convert into fruits .... happily .... then one fine day he was instructed by god ....

"now mushroom, I want you to be the forbidden fruit in which Adam and Eve cannot eat."

"But Why your high and mightiness?"

"It is to test them"

"But ...."

"No buts ..... if you have buts, I will reduce you to the ground and to live on others instead"

So the poor mushroom accepted it.

Then after years and years, adam and eve were happily roaming the gigantic garden without fault. God got tired and call upon the next creature that passes by, oh .... it is serpent .... then the call serpent to him.

"Serpent, I will deliberately leave the garden tomorrow, I want you to tempt adam and eve so they would eat the forbidden fruit"

Serpent asked "But ....."

"No Buts, if there is any buts, I will reduce you to be a creature crawling on the ground"

Serpent said "ok then ... but..."

"NO BUTS!!!!!" Then a thunder roared !!!!

There rest is found in the bible ...... now, what is not recorded is what happended to the poor mushroom

"Mushroom, because you had been forbidden to be eaten by adam and eve, and they had ate you, you shalt be reduced to the ground and live on others!!!!"

"but ...."

"NO BUTS !!!! How many time do I have to tell you creatures, I am perfect, therefore NO BUTS !!!!"

and now, you have mushrooms on the ground, living of nutrients of others, unable to bloom from flowers but spores, some are poisonous, some are not .....

The End.

Is a mushrooms a fruit?

No one really knows what the forbidden fruit was, except that it was a fruit.

Kinda like you. Seems like. Really! Kinda!

It could not be a mushroom, since mushrooms don't grow on trees and its not a fruit.

Remember the problem wasn't the apple in the tree it was the pair on the ground.
