If I leave my employment that I quit after 3 weeks off the resume and application will the companies now apply with will know about them if I don't tell them



if they do background check etc

3 weeks is nothing it will not show up as a hole on your resume. The will not know about, unless you had a really visible job down the street.

Why did you leave the job? I think this is the most important question. Answer that for yourself. This way if your currant employer asks you can tell them the truth, without missing a beat.
The important part for most employers is whether or not you have a good work ethic. Do you?

No, they won't normally see it. Go ahead and leave it off - it doensn't add anything to your resume if you were only there 3 weeks.

Now a days, Some companies are serious about backgrounds.

Let them check...besure that you have an answer for them.
